"三全育人"视域下大学生创新创业能力结构维度的培养路径探索

新形势下,如何适应社会需要培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才,促进自身社会价值以及内涵发展,是高职院校亟待解决的重点和难点问题.通过梳理"三全育人"体系下高职院校学生创业技能的培养思路:推进学生全员参与创业活动、开展全流程的人才培养工作、从全视角整合育人资源;给出了创业技能培养的结构体系,以此保证育才工作有效性,指明人才创业能力的培养方向;结合T高职院校创业指导实际,开展创业能力考评,以"三全育人"为思想指导,给出可行的人才创新能力建设方案,以此有序落实人才创业技能的建设工作,切实发挥"三全育人"的人才培养优势,推动高职院校创新创业教育改革取得新突破.
Exploration on Cultivation Path of Structural Dimension of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability from the Perspective of Three Comprehensive Education
In the new situation,how vocational colleges can adapt to the needs of society and cultivate innovative,compound,and applied talents,promote their own social value and connotation development,is an urgent focus and difficulty that needs to be solved.By sorting out the construction ideas of entrepreneurial skills for college students under the concept of comprehensive education,we aim to ensure that all students participate in entrepreneurship activities,carry out talent development throughout the entire process,and integrate educational resources from a comprehensive perspective;Provide a structural system of entre-preneurship skills to ensure the effectiveness of talent cultivation work and pointed out the direction of talent entrepreneurship ability construction;Based on the actual situation of T University's entrepreneurship guidance,conduct entrepreneurship ability evaluation,take"three comprehensive"education as the ideological guidance,provide feasible talent innovation ability construc-tion plans,in order to orderly implement the construction of talent entrepreneurship skills,and effectively leverage the talent construction advantages of"three comprehensive education".New breakthroughs have been made in promoting the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges.
