The integration of industry and education is the core driving force for improving the quality of talent cultivation.As an important carrier for deepening the integration of industry and education,modern industrial colleges can effectively connect the development of regional industries.Through school enterprise cooperation,building a multiple subject collaborative talent training model has become an important measure for deepening the integration of industry and education.By analyzing the diffi-culties and problems in the current construction and operation of industrial colleges,it is proposed to strengthen policy guaran-tees,standardize organizational structure and the responsibilities,rights and obligations of all parties involved,integrate re-sources from all parties,and ensure funding investment to assist in the construction of modern industrial colleges.
