Research on the Construction of Evaluation Index System of Curriculum Based Ideological and Political Teaching in Economics and Management Education in Universities
Constructing a curriculum ideological and political education evaluation index system that conforms to the characteris-tics of the economics and management discipline can help improve the quality and educational effect of ideological and political education for teachers majoring in economics and management.The Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to establish an evaluation index system for ideological and political education in courses related to economics and management through two rounds of expert consultation.The system includes five primary indicators:teaching objectives,teaching subjects,teaching methods,teaching content,and teaching effectiveness,as well as 15 corresponding secondary indicators.From the weight of each indicator,the importance order of the first level indicators is teaching effectiveness,teaching objectives,teach-ing subjects,teaching methods,and teaching content;The second level indicator is that the ideological and political status of students is the most important,followed by indicators such as the matching of teaching objectives,the clarity of teaching objec-tives,and the political literacy of teachers.The weight of each indicator reflects the importance of constructing an evaluation index system for ideological and political education in courses related to economics and management,providing useful references for the development of evaluation systems for ideological and political education in courses related to economics and management in various universities and promoting teachers to improve teaching quality.
