As a new type of education,the goal of vocational undergraduate education is to cultivate high-end technical talents with certain theoretical knowledge,which puts forward new requirements for the teaching content and mode of pharmaceutical analysis,the core course of pharmacy,thus increasing the demand for new teaching materials.This paper studied the construc-tion of the work manual textbook for the practical course of pharmaceutical analysis,adopted the form of loose-leaf to ensure the flexibility in the process of using,and utilized various forms of teaching resources and virtual practical training resources to realize the construction of three-dimensional resources,so that one-way transmission of knowledge of traditional textbooks could be changed into multi-line communication and interaction,which effectively improved students'self-learning ability and met diverse learning requirements.
