University-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways to train talents,to innovate and to transform scientific and technological achievements.In this paper,under the background of the new era,we study the ways and methods of culti-vating the teaching staff in colleges and universities,at the same time,it also puts forward the items that need to be improved in practice,which has a certain practical significance for the construction of teaching staff under the background of school-enter-prise cooperation,and also has a certain enlightening effect on the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.
