Strategies for Higher Vocational Counselors to Respond to Campus Crisis Events
In recent years,with the strong support of national policies,the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges has continued to expand,and the uneven quality of students is prominent.With the rapid development of social economy,campus crises occur frequently,which brings many challenges to higher vocational counselors in student management.How to deal with campus crisis events has become one of the focuses of the work of higher vocational counselors.As the main object of higher vocational education,the"post-00s"are greatly affected by the social environment and family atmosphere,and their physical,mental,and academic diversity are present,resulting in a variety of types of campus crisis events.In this situation,from the perspective of higher vocational counselors,this paper considers four parts:the overview of campus crisis events,the role positioning of higher vocational counselors in campus crisis events,the strategies of higher vocational counselors in dealing with campus crisis events,and the suggestions of higher vocational counselors in dealing with campus crisis events,so as to ef-fectively improve the campus crisis handling plan,improve the counselors'ability to deal with campus crisis events,and lay a solid foundation for maintaining campus safety and stability.
