摘要
学籍档案是一种特殊的档案类别,其具有利用率高、存储介质和形式多样等特点,决定了学籍档案数字化工作需要独特的标准和要求.采用"服务外包形式"实现档案工作的规模化、专业化和高效化运行,能更好地为数字化背景下的档案工作与学校各项工作实现合理、高效的对接,并提供关于档案管理与利用的一系列服务.档案部门需要全面了解并深入分析档案数字化业务外包工作的现状,有针对性地克服各种弊端,高效地实现档案数字化的战略目标.同时,还需要探索高校学籍档案的数字化利用服务,推动学校档案工作全面实现数字转型和智能升级.
Abstract
Student status archives are a special kind of archives,which have the characteristics of high utilization,storage media and various forms.This determines that the work of digitizing student status files needs unique standards and requirements.A-dopting"service outsourcing form"to realize the scale,specialization and high-efficiency operation of archives work,can better realize the reasonable and high-efficiency connection between the archives work under the digital background and the various work of the school,and provide a series of services about archives management and utilization.The archives department needs to understand and analyze the status quo of archives digital outsourcing,to overcome all kinds of malpractices and to realize the strategic goal of archives digitization efficiently.At the same time,it is necessary to explore the digital service of university student status archives,and to promote the work of university archives to realize the digital transformation and intelligent up-grading.
