Analysis of the Effectiveness of Practical Education in Universities Based on PDCA Theory
Practical education is the key lever for universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character.According to the PDCA theory,a survey on the quality of practical education was conducted from ten dimensions,including so-cial practice,volunteer service,and work study,etc.The data analysis results showed that current universities attach great im-portance to practical education activities,have significant work results,and have high satisfaction with college students.How-ever,there are also problems such as insufficient integration of educational resources,insufficient publicity efforts,and weak student participation.By integrating multiple resources to enrich the carrier of practical education,creating a good atmosphere,promoting the construction of teacher-student teams,emphasizing process management,and stimulating student participation enthusiasm,measures are proposed to improve the effectiveness of practical education in universities,and help students grow and become successful.
