摘要
以"双高计划"建设为大背景,分析高速铁路施工与维护"双高"专业群中建设工程管理专业建设的现状与存在的问题.结合高铁产业发展动态和企业用人需求,提出了建设工程管理专业人才培养模式改革的思路.基于建设工程管理专业人才培养模式改革实践,从开发教学标准、构建课程体系、开发教学资源、打造教学团队、形成产教融合机制等方面系统阐述改革举措,总结实践经验.
Abstract
Based on the background of"Double High Plan"construction,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of construction engineering management major in high speed railway construction and maintenance of"double high"professional group.Combining with the development trend of high speed railway industry and the demand of enterprises,this paper puts forward the idea of reforming the training mode of construction engineering management major.Based on the reform practice of talent training mode for construction engineering management major,this article elaborates reform measures and summarizes practical experience from the aspects of developing teaching standards,constructing curriculum system,developing teaching re-sources,building teaching team,forming the integration mechanism of production and education and so on.
