Exploration of the Path of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities to Empower the Cultivation of New Productive Talents under the Background of"Double High"
With the acceleration of globalization and technological innovation,China's higher education urgently needs to culti-vate high-quality talents that meet the needs of productivity in the new era.Based on the significance of labor education in colle-ges and universities to empower the cultivation of new productive talents,this paper puts forward strategies such as updating the content of labor courses,introducing modern teaching technology,optimizing the curriculum structure,establishing a scien-tific and comprehensive evaluation system and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff in view of the problems faced by labor education in colleges and universities,such as the inconsistency between the labor curriculum system and the demand for new quality productivity,the lag in the construction of labor education-related infrastructure,the backwardness of the eval-uation mechanism and the insufficient construction of the teaching team,in order to provide a reference for the reform of labor education in colleges and universities in China.
