"岗课赛"融通助力高技能水利人才培养的探索与研究
Exploration and Research on the Integration of Post,Class and Competition to Help Cultivate High-skilled Water Conservancy Talents

摘要
匠心聚,百业兴.技能人才是支撑中国制造、中国创造的重要力量,加强高技能人才培养与队伍建设,对增强国家核心竞争力和科技创新力,缓解就业结构性矛盾,推动高质量发展具有重要意义.以水利水电建筑工程专业核心课程《水利工程识图与绘制》为例,基于"岗课赛"融通综合育人模式,探索了教学内容重构,设计了"工学结合+课赛融合"任务载体,开发了"全过程多元素跟踪考核"评价方式,为培养能胜任岗位、可比赛强能的新时代高技能水利人才做出积极努力.
Abstract
Ingenuity brings prosperity to all industries.Skilled talents are an important force supporting China's manufacturing and China's creation.Strengthening the training of high-skilled talents and team building is of great significance to enhancing the country's core competitiveness and scientific and technological innovation,alleviating the structural contradiction of em-ployment and promoting high-quality development.In this paper,taking the core course of water conservancy and hydropower construction engineering as an example,based on the comprehensive education mode of"integration of post,class and competi-tion",we explored the reconstruction of teaching content,designed the task carrier of"combination of work and study+inte-gration of class and competition",and developed the evaluation method of"multi-element tracking assessment in the whole process",making active efforts to cultivate high-skilled water conservancy talents in the new era who are competent for their posts and can compete well.
