The Chinese way to modernization has its own theoretical,historical,and practical logic and the har-monious coexistence of humans and nature is one of the important features.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that Chinese modernization is one with harmonious coex-istence between man and nature.Promoting it is one of the essential requirements and realizing it is the correct choice made by the Chinese Communists on the basis of scientific summary of the law of modernization.The ec-ological concept in Chinese way to modernization includes three aspects:the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,the green mountains and clear waters as invaluable assets,and respecting nature,adap-ting to nature and protecting nature.It has something in common with the western ecological philosophy,but shows its unique superiority in practice.China actively advocates working with other countries to jointly protect the ecological environment,and is a participant,contributor and leader in building a global ecological civili-zation.The Chinese concept of modern ecology is of great significance in political,economic and social aspects It contributes Chinese wisdom,Chinese plan and Chinese strength to the construction and development of eco-logical civilization in human society.
