Supervision by intra-party regulations is committed to finding and solving prominent problems in the formulation and implementation of intra-party regulations.It is an important part of the Party and state supervi-sion system,serving as a crucial institutional mechanism that connects internal and external supervision.To synergize the promotion of rule of law and governance by regulations within the Party,it is necessary to active-ly construct an internal linkage between intra-party regulation supervision and legal supervision,providing in-stitutional guarantees for the formation of a collaborative supervisory force.The intra-party regulation supervi-sion,whose main subjects include Party organizations,Party members,and external organizations and indi-viduals,possesses multiple attributes such as power with responsibility,rights with obligations.Clarifying the power and responsibility,rights and obligations of various supervisory subjects can effectively stimulate the su-pervisory dynamics and improve the practical effectiveness.Deepening the intra-party regulation supervision can enhance the implementation effectiveness and authority of intra-party regulations,crack the realistic di-lemma,and provide strong support for the construction of the party and state supervision system to further en-hance the internal Party governance.
