一部中国教育史就是一部"大先生"史."大先生"最显著的特征在其内在的"大",即有大视野、大情怀、大德、大勇和大学问."大先生"的成长有各自的途径和方法,其共性是持之以恒地学习、反思、实践和提升,总结起来就是志于人之大道与摒弃个人之小.时代呼唤"大先生",因而唤醒、引导、培育、造就更多的"大先生",成为当下教师教育的重要课题.
On Great Teachers and Their Cultivation Paths
The history of Chinese education is the history of great teachers.The most significant feature of great teachers lies in their inner aspects.That is,they have a broad vision,deep feelings,great virtue,courage and knowledge.Great teachers develop themselves in different ways.But they share some common characteristics:persistent learning,reflection,practice and improvement.In summary,they aim at being an upright and responsible man and abandon individual's benefits.Our time calls for great teachers.Thus,awakening,guiding,cultivating and creating more great teachers has become an important topic for current teacher's education.
