邱浚《大学衍义补》的民本思想

摘要
儒家的民本思想是中华优秀传统文化的核心价值观之一,执政者能否做到以民为本,关系到国家的盛衰存亡.明代理学名臣邱浚所著的《大学衍义补》专设"固邦本"类目,总结历史经验,提出"为民"思想,并从"敬民""爱民""增加人口""制民之产""养民之生""备荒""救灾""除害"等方面详加阐释.邱浚《大学衍义补》中的民本思想,不仅有补于当时治道,对于解决今日的民生问题也有积极的历史借鉴意义.
Abstract
People-oriented thoughts of confucianism is one of the core values of Chinese culture.Whether or not those in power can put the people first has a bearing on the country's prosperity and survival.Qiu Jun's The Supplement to the Great Learning sums up the historical experience,puts forward the idea of"serving the people",and sets up a special"the Basis of Country's Strength"catalogue,from"respect the people and love the people""increase the population""make the property of the people,raise the people's livelihood""prepare for famine,disaster relief,elimination of harm"to explain his unique people-oriented thought.Qiu Jun's The Supplement to the Great Learning contains the idea of the people's principle,which not only complemented the governance of that time,but also has a positive historical reference for solving the problems of people's livelihood today.
