A New Exploration of the Layer of"White Neon Yingfu"in Tian Wen
In the poem of Tian Wen,Qu Yuan asked the sky about the legend of the moon, the sun,the wind god and the giant tortoise from"white neon Yingfu"to"How to move the mountain",which is an inextricable part of the whole poem that the poet has crafted, fully reflects the theme of the poem, and is neither"absurd"nor"carry-over".When Qu Yuan saw the portrait of Shaokang painted by the painters in the Warring States Period in the"temple of the former kings and the ancestral hall of the public,"Qu Yuan sang and questioned the portrait.According to the relevant materials in the ancient system,"the king appoints pictures on the clothes",and"the king's suit"must be painted with the sun,the moon and stars, mountains, dragons, flowers, and worm and other patterns. Therefore, these patterns such as the moon, the sun,the wind god,the giant turtle should be painted on Shaokang's suit. These patterns reveal the celestial view of the"former kings"and sages.Qu Yuan asked many questions in this segment and overthrew the traditional celestial view that the"former kings"and sages regarded as the golden rule.
