Archival Emotional Governance:Theoretical Connotation,Realism Significance and Practical Paths
Archival emotional governance provides an important and unique perspective for better promoting the modernization of archival governance.At present,in the process of promoting the modernization of archival governance,there is a tendency to excessively promote rationality,the rule of law and technology,and there is an urgent need to pay attention to the emotional basis of archival governance and its dimensional return.Promoting archival emotional governance helps to activate the endogenous power of multi-interested subjects to actively participate in the governance of archives,highlighting the emotional temperature of archive governance,and avoiding the alienation phenomenon of the application of technology in the governance process.At the same time,the practical path of archival emotional governance is proposed from three aspects:taking emotion as the object of governance and strengthening the emotional connection of the main body of archival governance;taking emotion as the tool of governance and responding to the emotional needs of archival governance;taking emotion as the goal of governance and enhancing the emotional realm of the archival governance process.
