摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征.实现共同富裕具有深厚的理论基础与现实依据.马克思恩格斯从唯物史观出发,指明了实现共同富裕的核心要素:发展生产力,实行生产资料公共制,按劳分配与按需分配,社会成员自由而全面发展.新时代新征程生产力发展质量有待提高、收入差距仍未有效改善、福利效应的非均衡化以及居民的社会流动性放缓成为扎实推进共同富裕的现实障碍.实现共同富裕是一项系统工程,需要以马克思恩格斯共同富裕思想为源引,从实现经济高质量发展、构建合理的收入分配制度、筑牢民生保障底线和完善"先富"带动"后富"机制等方面扎实推进.
Abstract
Common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization.The realization of common prosperity has profound theoretical basis and practical basis.Starting from historical materialism,Marx and Engels pointed out the core elements of achieving common prosperity:development of productive forces,implementation of public system of means of production,distribution according to work and distribution according to need,free and all-round development of members of society.The quality of productivity development in the new era and the new journey needs to be improved,the income gap has not been effectively improved,the non-equalization of welfare effects and the slowdown of social mobility of residents have become practical obstacles to the solid promotion of common prosperity.To achieve common prosperity is a systematic project.Taking Marx and Engels'thought of common prosperity as the source,we need to make joint breakthroughs in achieving high-quality economic development,building a reasonable income distribution system,strengthening the bottom line of ensuring people's livelihood,and improving the mechanism of"getting rich first"driving"getting rich later".
