Mechanisms and Development Strategies for the Sustainable Development of Community Volunteer Service Organizations—Taking ZB City as an Example
Based on the theory of organizational survival,we conducted a survey on the sustainable development of community volunteer service organizations in ZB city using a questionnaire survey method.With the help of latent variable modeling software Mplus5.2,we constructed a sustainable development mechanism model for community volunteer service organizations,and deeply explored the optimal impact effects among factors such as policy support,resource acquisition,personnel allocation,community support,resident support of volunteer organizations and so on.We proposed some strategies to promote the sustainable development of community volunteer service organizations,including improving supporting policies for community volunteer service organizations,designing volunteer service projects based on community and resident needs,mobilizing multiple parties to actively participate in various activities carried out by community volunteer service organizations,cultivating community culture,and enhancing mutual trust between community volunteer service organizations and community residents.
