In the era of digital economy,data is both a basic strategic resource and a key factor of production.The key to the formation and development of new quality productivity forces lie in the innovative allocation of production factors.The marketization of data elements can promote the efficient and intelligent production process,promote the open sharing of production resources,accelerate the free flow of production factors,and stimulate the vitality of the product trading market.However,in the process of enabling new quality productivity forces,the marketization of data elements has many problems,such as the core data processing technology needs to be improved,the data pricing and rights distribution mechanism is not perfect,the distribution of data resources between urban and rural areas is uneven,and the data supervision and legal protection are not in place.Therefore,we should improve the core processing technology of data,improve the data pricing and equity distribution mechanism,reduce the data resource gap between urban and rural areas,strengthen data supervision and legal protection,and effectively promote the marketization process of data elements,so as to realize the effective empowerment of new quality productivity forces.
