Research on the Dynamic Mechanism of Promoting the Development of New Quality Productive Forces
The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China called for"improving the institutions and mechanisms for fostering new quality productive forces in line with local conditions"and"providing strong impetus for China's modernization".However,where does this"strong impetus"originate from:productivityand the relation of produc-tion,superstructure and economic base,or national governance and social development?How does the dynamic mechanism of new quality productive forces be transmitted?This article explores and illustrates the wholeness,logic,dynamic forms and transmission mechanism among these three pairs of categories and contradictions,aiming to provide academic support and practical guidance for promoting the development of new quality productive forces and solving theoretical challenges of productivity dynamics.These are the theoretical and practical issues need to be studied urgently.
