游客主观时空拥挤感知与恢复性体验关系研究——以武夷山国家公园为例

拥挤问题不仅给旅游目的地环境带来压力,也影响了游客的游憩体验.基于游客主观时空拥挤感知,构建时间感知、拥挤感知与恢复性体验的关系模型,以武夷山主要旅游拥挤节点为研究对象,运用结构方程模型进行分析.(1)时间感知对恢复性体验有直接影响,也可以通过拥挤感知产生间接影响;(2)时间感知中,游玩时间感知对恢复性体验的解释能力高于等待时间感知;(3)拥挤感知中,物理拥挤感知对恢复性体验的影响更显著(P<0.01),社交拥挤感知对恢复性体验无显著影响(P>0.01).因此,注重游客的空间体验,完善基础设施减少等待时间,加强旅游线路规划增加游玩时间等可有效提升游客的恢复性体验.
RESTORATIVE EXPERIENCE EVALUATION BASED ON SUBJECTIVE SPATIOTEMPORAL CROWDING PERCEPTION——TAKING WUYISHAN NATIONAL PARK AS AN EXAMPLE
Overcrowding not only puts pressure on the environment of tourist destinations,but also affects the recreational experience of tourists.Based on tourists'subjective space-time congestion perception,a relationship model between time perception,congestion perception and restorative experience is constructed.The main tourist congestion nodes of Wuyishan National Park were taken as the research object,structural equation modeling is used for analysis.(1)The impact path of time perception on restorative experience is the simple path of"time perception-restorative experience"and the complex path of"time perception-crowding perception-restorative experience".(2)The waiting time perception in time perception passes through the intermediary variable There is a significant negative effect on restorative experience,and play time perception has a direct and significant posi-tive effect on restorative experience.(3)Crowd perception can be divided into two dimensions:physical crowd perception and social crowd perception,in which physical crowd perception has a greater impact on restorative ex-perience than social crowd perception.Strengthening the planning of tourism routes and rationally arranging the service points where tourists gather and wait can effectively improve the restorative experience of tourists.
