云南省体育旅游精品项目高质量发展的基础、困境与路径——基于项目全寿命周期视角

摘要
新发展阶段体育旅游精品项目的高质量发展已成为推动中国体育旅游产业高质量发展的重要内容.运用文献资料法等方法,以项目全寿命周期为视角对云南省体育旅游精品项目高质量发展的基础、困境及路径进行研究.研究认为:描绘绿色发展新蓝图、丰富全民健身新内涵、创新体旅融合新模式是其特有的现实基础.目前精品项目高质量发展中存在项目准入制度不健全、公共基础设施不完善、优势资源挖掘不充分、地域品牌特色不突出等困境.故以项目全寿命周期管理为指引,阶段性发展目标为核心,从项目启动、规划、实施、控制方面提出优化路径.
Abstract
The high-quality development of sports tourism boutique projects in the new development stage has become an important part of promoting the high-quality development of Chinese sports tourism industry.Using the literature method and other methods,the foundation,dilemma and path of high-quality development of sports tourism boutique projects in Yunnan Province are studied from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the project.The study believes that drawing a new blueprint for green development,enriching the new connotation of national fitness,and innovating a new model of sports and tourism integration are its unique practical founda-tions.At present,in the high-quality development of high-quality projects,there are difficulties such as imper-fect project access system,imperfect public infrastructure,insufficient mining of advantageous resources,and in-sufficient regional brand characteristics.Therefore,taking the whole life cycle management of the project as the guide and the phased development goal as the core,the optimization path is proposed from the aspects of project initiation,planning,implementation and control.
