RESEARCH ON THE EVOLUTION AND INFLUENCING FACTORS OF THE SPATIAL STRUCTURE OF HOMESTAY IN YUNNAN PROVINCE
Effective cognition of the evolution of the spatial structure of homestay and the influencing factors in Yunnan Province is of great significance for enriching and deepening the new tourism industry and promoting rural revitalization.The study selects the panel data of homestay in Yunnan Province in 2012,2018 and 2022,and comprehensively uses spatial analysis tools and geographic detectors to explore the evolution and influencing fac-tors of the spatial structure of homestay in Yunnan Province.The results show that:(1)The spatial distribution of homestay in Yunnan Province shows obvious agglomeration;the evolution trend of spatial distribution of home-stay is"single-core with few scattering points-double-core with many outlets-triple-core with many pat-ches".The spatial distribution of homestay has a northwest-southeast direction.(2)Climate comfort is the main contributing factor to the spatial distribution of homestay,followed by tourism facilities and policy support,tourism attraction abundance,and finally socio-economic conditions,ecological environment and tourism devel-opment level.Therefore,the results of the study can not only help local governments optimize the spatial distribu-tion of homestay,but also provide lessons and references for the development of homestay industry in other re-gions under the rural revitalization strategy.
