云南山地气候科学考察数据产品研制与应用

利用192卷云南山地气候考察原始观测资料,对云南三大山系气候考察数据资源的完整性、可靠性和可用性进行综合统计与评估,确定高黎贡山南段气候考察地面气象观测记录为源数据,经数字化提取、格式转换、质量控制等处理过程,制作出一套高黎贡山南段气候考察地面气象数据集。该数据集包含了 1981年高黎贡山南段11个测点共132个月气象数据文件,涵盖了气温、水汽压、相对湿度、降水等11项观测要素,经评估数据集各测点气象要素数据的总实有率均达到100%,正确率均在99。9%以上。基于气象档案业务系统实现了该数据集的安全存储和共享服务。
ESTABLISHMENT AND APPLICATION OF THE DATASETS ABOUT SCIENTIFIC EXPEDITION OF THE MOUNTAIN WEATHER IN YUNNAN
Based on the 192 volumes of original observational data about the scientific expedition of the mountain weather in Yunnan,a comprehensive statistical and evaluation was carried out on the completeness,reliability and usability of the data resources of the climate investigation in the three major mountain systems in Yunnan.And the ground meteorological observation records in the southern section of Gaoligong Mountain in 1981 were desig-nated as the source data.The ground meteorological dataset for climate investigation in the southern section of Gaoligong Mountain was established.The dataset-quality control procedures include the digital extraction,for-mat conversion,quality control and the quality evaluation.This dataset encompasses 132 monthly meteorological data files from 11 observation stations in the southern section of Gaoligong Mountain in 1981,including 11 ob-served elements such as temperature,water vapor pressure,relative humidity,precipitation,etc.The evaluation results show that the integrity rates of meteorological elements data of each observation stations are 100%,and the correct rates are above 99.9%.And the secure storage and sharing services of the dataset were realized based on the operation system of meteorological archives.
