STUDY ON CONVENIENCE OF GOING TO MIDDLE SCHOOL IN YUNNAN NATIONAL MOUNTAIN AREA VIA GIS ROAD NETWORK
Convenience of going to middle school is one of the basic guarantees for people's livelihood,especial-ly important for Yunnan national mountain area.With road complexity,vulnerability,and accessibility as the main influencing factors.Taking middle schools,road networks,and administrative village residential areas as re-search objects,taking into account the school distribution,road access,road structure,landform and geological hazard,constructed a computation model for settlements convenience of going to middle school based on com-plexity,vulnerability and accessibility of roads.The results show that:The convenience of going to middle school in Yunnan Province is at a moderate level and the spatial differentiation is obvious.The village level settlements convenience of going to middle school in Eastern Yunnan is better than that of Western Yunnan,and the ethnic minority gathering area lags behind other regions;The road network is the main factor affecting the convenience,and there is a complex relations of opposition and unity between them.
