GIS在城市天际线及建筑高度控制中的应用研究

摘要
以云南省曲靖市师宗县城市中心区的水上公园和民族文化广场为研究对象,采用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术获取区域内的倾斜三维模型、数字表面模型(DSM)和数字正射影像(DOM).利用ArcGIS Pro软件进行天际线及建筑高度分析,研究了研究区建筑高度分布对天际线的影响特征.结果表明,研究区域内建筑物高度分布不均,导致天际线呈现出复杂且不连贯的特征,其中部分高层建筑高度超过设计规范限制.基于GIS技术对现状天际线进行分析与模拟,提出了不同建筑高度调整方案对天际线优化的影响,为建筑高度控制及天际线设计提供了数据支撑.
Abstract
Focusing on the central urban area of Shizong County,Qujing City,Yunnan Province,this study uti-lized unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)oblique photogrammetry to obtain oblique three-dimensional models,digital surface models(DSM),and digital orthophoto models(DOM).ArcGIS Pro was employed to analyze the skyline and building heights,exploring the impact of building height distribution on the skyline.The results in-dicate that uneven building height distribution in the study area leads to a complex and disjointed skyline,with some high-rise buildings exceeding the regulatory height limits.Based on GIS analysis and simulation of the ex-isting skyline,different height adjustment scenarios were proposed to optimize the skyline,providing data support for building height control and skyline design.
