昆明市呈贡区社区环境满意度评价和改善意愿研究

摘要
以昆明市呈贡区5个典型社区为研究对象,通过对社区居民的问卷调查和半结构访谈,应用相关性分析等方法探究社区居民对住居环境、服务环境和人际环境的满意度评价与改善意愿.研究表明:(1)住居环境建设方面满意度较高;(2)社区服务环境是影响居民满意度的核心因素,物业管理、文化娱乐服务等方面仍存在不足;(3)社区人际环境对居民环境满意度的影响相对较小,居民对社区活动的频率和多样性不满意.最后提出针对性建议:(1)加强噪声管理和空气质量监测,定期排查社区老旧设施;(2)改进管理流程,定期举办文化、娱乐和教育活动,提高服务质量;(3)定期组织居民大会和邻里交流活动等.
Abstract
Taking five typical communities in Chenggong District of Kunming City as research subjects,this study investigates the satisfaction ratings of community residents towards their residential,service and interperson-al environments,as well as their willingness to improve these environments through questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews.The findings indicate:(1)Community residents show high satisfaction with residen-tial environment construction;(2)Community service environment is a core factor influencing resident satisfac-tion,with deficiencies in property management and cultural and recreational services;(3)Influence of interper-sonal environment on resident satisfaction is relatively minor,with dissatisfaction on frequency and diversity of community activities.The study proposes targeted recommendations:(1)Enhance noise management and air quality monitoring,and regularly inspect aging community facilities;(2)Improve management processes,reg-ularly host cultural,entertainment and educational activities to enhance service quality;(3)Organize regular community meetings and neighborhood interaction activities.
