近年来,智能变电站相关新技术的大量应用,改变了常规变电站信息交互的方式,以光缆和软件逻辑代替继电保护的二次回路,以二次系统配置文件描述二次系统连接关系,对继电保护的设计、调试、运维和管理工作提出了新的要求.本文在参考现行技术规程等资料的基础上,结合作者智能站调试经验,对智能站调试过程中的一些关键环节、关键点进行着重交代,力求贴近实际帮助技术人员掌握智能站的新技术,提高调试水平.
Points for Attention on Smart Substation Debugging
In recent years,a large number of new technologies related to smart substation have changed the way of conventional substation information interaction,replacing the secondary circuit of relay protection with optical cable and software logic,and describing the connection relationship of the secondary system with the secondary system configuration file,which puts forward new requirements for the design,commissioning,operation and management of relay protection.On the basis of referring to the current technical regulations and other materials,combined with the author's debugging experience of smart station,this paper focuses on some key links and key points in the debugging process of smart station,and strives to help technicians grasp the new technology of smart station and improve the debugging capacity.
