对某110 kV变电站LW33A-126型断路器断裂绝缘栏杆进行分析,测量了绝缘拉杆金属连接部分并对断路器气缸拉杆进行宏观检查,对化学成分、断口形貌、断口能谱进行分析、力学仿真.结果表明绝缘拉杆因存在加工缺陷,导致绝缘拉杆力学安全裕度不足引发断裂故障.为避免同类型故障的发生应加强断路器等重要设备监造环节中零部件的检查工作,防止隐患设备进入电网.
Analysis of Fracture Reasons of Insulated Tension Pole of LW33A-126 Circuit Breaker
The author analysize insulated tension pole of LW33A-126 circuit breaker of the 110 kV transformer Substation,by measuring the macro inspection,chemical composition,fracture morphology,fracture energy spectrum analysis and mechanical simulation of the metal connecting part of insulated tension pole and the cylinder pulling of the circuit breaker.due to the machining defects of the insulated tension pole,it cause the mechanical insufficien tsafety margin of the insulated tension pole,and leads to the fracture fault.In order to avoid the occurrence of similar faults,the inspection of parts in the supervision of important equipment such as circuit breakers should be strengthened,it will prevent unqualified equipment from using in the power grid.
