一种500kV接地开关传动机构缺陷改进措施

阿海珐SPOL-T-2T 2SPOL-T-2T-3T 500 KV、SPVLT 500 KV型隔离开关,其地刀STB底座使用伞形齿轮作为垂直连杆与水平连杆之间的传动连接.在使用的过程中存在早期断齿、卡涩、变形的情况,导致地刀不能进行正常分合闸操作,更换新齿轮后仍出现相同问题.本文通过对接地开关齿轮传动机构的受力情况进行计算,结合实例,分析其损坏的原因,提出用拐臂传动结构替代齿轮传动结构,通过计算其力学性能,讲解其传动特性证明连杆结构能替代原来的结构并且能有效降低故障率.
Improvement Measures for Defects of 500 kV Grounding Switch Transmission Mechanism
Areva SPOL-T-2T 2SPOL-T-2T-3T 500KV and SPVLT 500KV type disconnectors,the ground knife STB base uses bevel gear as the transmission connection between the vertical connecting rod and the horizontal connecting rod.In the process of use,there are early broken teeth,jamming and deformation,which lead to the ground cutter not being able to perform normal opening and closing operation,and the same problem still occurs after replacing the new gear.Based on the calculation of the stress on the gear transmission mechanism of the grounding switch,this paper analyzes the causes of its damage with examples.It is proposed to replace the gear transmission structure with the crank arm transmission structure.By calculating its rotation angle and mechanical properties,it is proved that the connecting rod structure can replace the original structure and effectively reduce the failure rate in practical engineering application.
