摘要
某电网公司库存物资金额居高不下,占用公司运营大量资金储备,造成公司储备管理水平效率不高.本文基于库存管理模式,一是优化仓储模式,二是大数据辅助决策,三是积极推动智慧仓储建设,提出智能化的库存管理方式,有效提升储备管理水平,提高资源利用效率和效益,优化库存管控模式,降低成本,高质量保障电网建设和生产经营的物资供应.
Abstract
The amount of materials in stock of the power grid company remains high,occupying a large amount of capital reserves of the company's operation,resulting in the low level and efficiency of the company's reserve management.This article is based on the inventory management model.One is to optimize the storage mode,the second is to assist decision-making with big data,and the third is to actively promote the construction of intelligent storage,propose innovative inventory management methods,effectively improve the level of reserve management,improve the efficiency and efficiency of resource utilization,optimize the inventory control mode,reduce costs,and ensure the supply of materials for power grid construction and production and operation with high quality.
