Research on the Construction of Power Emergency Material Supply Guarantee System-Practice of Yunnan Electric Power Material Support
In the period of natural disasters,the damage of power facilities or equipment will cause serious accidents,so we require stable power supplies.How to effectively control the response time of power emergency supplies and build a supply guarantee system has become the focus of research.By sorting out the current problems of power material supply guarantee,the author try to build a security system.And establish a security system for the supply of emergency materials from compiling emergency manuals,improving emergency organizations,optimizing the source seeking mechanism,analysis of emergency supplies in recent three years,warehouse network structure,centralized management,and"peacetime and wartime integration".Finally,we give an example of the rain and snow freezing disaster in Yunnan Province in the spring of 2022,to analyze the necessity and result value of establishing the power emergency material supply guarantee system.
