摘要
供应商服务是供应链管理中的关键环节,在业务往来过程中,会产生并积累大量来自于供应商登记、分类分级、评估与选择、绩效管理、协作与集成、供应商服务等环节的供应商管理业务数据,企业应合理收集利用好相关数据资源,做好汇聚、清洗、分类等数据治理工作,使其作用于构建供应商画像、提升供应商管理能力,优化供应链管理流程、提高客户满意度,探索供应链生态圈增值效益、实现数据变现等方向,充分发挥数据在产业数字化转型和经济高质量发展的支撑作用.本文还试以一例供应商服务数据分析的具体案例做初步应用研究,在优化供应商诉求量和满意度方面取得一定成效.
Abstract
Supplier service plays an important role in supply chain management,which can accumulate plenty of datasets that derive from supplier registration,classification,assessment,performance management,collaboration and integration,supplier service in the course of business dealings.In order to build suppliers'profiles,improve supplier management capability with better customer satisfaction,explore supply chain ecosystem appreciation and data realization,corporations should maximally exert the effects of relevant data by collecting,cleaning and classifying valued data.Here attempted to explain the specific application case of supplier service data analysis in this paper,representing advanced results in the aspect of higher suppliers satisfaction.
