摘要
招评标活动是廉洁风险高发领域,特别是评标专家廉洁风险管控一直是管理的痛点、难点.本文运用智能化管控模式,运用人工智能巡维管理工具,将评标专家廉洁风险规则数字化,智能识别预警评标活动中的异常行为,并及时准确发出预警通知,有效解放人力的同时,保障评标活动公平公正,提升公司的品牌价值及核心竞争力.
Abstract
Bid evaluation activities are a field of high integrity risks.In particular,the integrity risk management and control of bid evaluation experts has always been a pain point and difficulty in management.This article uses intelligent control mode and artificial intelligence patrol management tools to digitize the integrity risk rules of bid evaluation experts,intelligently identify abnormal behaviors in early warning bid evaluation activities,and issue early warning notices in a timely and accurate manner,so as to effectively liberate manpower,ensure the fairness and justice of bid evaluation activities,and enhance the company's brand value and Core competitiveness.
