航拍数字技术在电网基建项目上的应用分析

随着人工智能化的高速发展,电力行业也涌入大量新技术的运用,其中航拍数字技术在电力工程建设方面有着诸多作用,可为工程建设各阶段提供技术支撑,为工程项目的建设进度、安全、质量方面保驾护航,在工程勘察设计阶段,开展航测,通过卫星影像辅助前期工作进行对比选址选线;在工程建设阶段进行进度管控,及时掌握变电站建设情况,了解线路基础、立塔、架线各阶段的建设进度;在工程安全管控方面,通过无人机飞到工程建设地点附近,可以发现建设点附近环境变化,是否存在影响项目建设和建成的安全隐患,也可以发现作业现场是否存在违章行为;在项目建设投运验收阶段,利用航拍数字化技术快速获取输电线路高清数码影像,主要采用激光点云验收和可见光精细化验收两种模式开展,清楚辨识输电线路杆塔全貌及各个部位缺陷情况;通过无人机搭载三维激光扫描仪并配合精密POS设备快速获取输变电工程高精度三维激光点云数据,形成三维点云数据模型,结合设计参数、规程规范等信息,根据校验核查结果辅助生成竣工验收核查报告,辅助工程实体竣工验收,同步提供数据支撑和支持追溯存档结合,本次主要针对航拍数字技术在项目建设投运前验收阶段进行分析以提升电网基建项目线路工程验收核查的质量与效率.

with the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the power industry is also pouring into the application of a large number of new technologies,among which aerial photography digital technology plays many roles in power engineering construction,which can provide technical support for all stages of project construction.escort the construction progress,safety and quality of the project,carry out aerial survey in the stage of engineering survey and design,and compare location and route selection through satellite image-assisted preliminary work.Carry out progress control in the project construction stage,timely grasp the construction situation of the substation,and understand the construction progress of the line foundation,tower and line erection stages;in the aspect of project safety management and control,through UAV flying to the vicinity of the project construction site,we can find out the environmental changes near the construction site,whether there are hidden dangers affecting the construction and completion of the project,and whether there is illegal behavior at the operation site.In the project construction and operation acceptance stage,aerial photography digital technology is used to quickly obtain high-definition digital images of transmission lines,mainly using two modes:laser point cloud acceptance and visible light fine acceptance.Clearly identify the whole picture of the transmission line tower and the defects of various parts Through UAV equipped with 3D laser scanner and precision POS equipment to quickly obtain high precision 3D laser point cloud data of power transmission and transformation project,a 3D point cloud data model is formed.Combined with design parameters,specifications and other information,according to the verification results,the completion acceptance verification report is generated,the completion acceptance of engineering entities is assisted,and the combination of data support and traceability archiving is provided simultaneously.This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of aerial digital technology in the pre-acceptance stage of project construction in order to improve the quality and efficiency of line engineering acceptance verification of power grid infrastructure projects.
