摘要
本文从南公1水电站投产中遇到的电力输送通道问题出发,辅以相关的改接线方案设计以及发电机进相试验与数据分析,佐证中资机构对老挝电站投资建设难题,提出中资投资重点方向,建议加快推进老挝骨干输电网互联互通建设,参与中国碳中和进程.
Abstract
Starting from the power transmission channel problems encountered in the operation of Nam Kong 1 Hydropower Station,supplemented by relevant wiring modification scheme design and generator phase advance tests and data analysis,confirmed the difficulties of Chinese Investment and construction hydropower station in Laos,puts forward the key direction of investment,and suggests accelerating the transmission line interconnected construction in Laos and participating in China's carbon neutralization process.
