云南新型电力系统电力保障能力研究

随着云南水电建设高峰基本结束,风光新能源将成为未来新增电源主体,电源结构将以水风光可再生能源为主体.可再生能源"靠天吃饭"的特征导致系统支撑能力不足,在省内负荷需求持续旺盛背景下,供需不匹配矛盾将愈加严峻,电力供应保障能力亟待提升.本文分析了电力需求发展趋势和电力供需平衡,研判新型电力系统发展面临的形势,统筹省内外能源资源提出了云南中长期电力供应保障方案及电源结构发展路径.
Research on Power Supply Guarantee Capacity of Yunnan Under the Background of New Power System
With the end of the peak of hydropower construction in Yunnan,wind power and photovoltaic new energy will become the main body of new power supply in the future,and the power supply structure will be mainly hydropower,wind power and photovoltaic renewable energy.The characteristic of"relying on the weather"of renewable energy leads to the lack of system support capacity.Under the background of the continuous strong load demand in the province,the mismatch between supply and demand will become more and more serious,and the power supply guarantee capacity needs to be improved urgently.This paper analyzes the development trend of power demand,the balance of power supply and demand,analyzes the situation of the development of new power system,and puts forward the medium and long term power supply guarantee scheme,proposes the development path of power supply structure in Yunnan province.
