智能变电站技术蓬勃发展,其中变压器的安全运行是保证变电站运转的必要前提,但是,由于电力变压器的工作环境较为恶劣,目前采集到的数据往往存在噪声、干扰等问题,对智能变电站变压器设备故障诊断技术提出严苛的要求.另外,变压器存在的一些非线性故障难以发现,传统的诊断方法无法检测.为了解决智能变电站变压器故障诊断难题,提出了一种基于梅尔谱图的变压器故障诊断方法,构建了基于梅尔谱图的变压器故障诊断模型,最终实现了智能变电站变压器故障的智能感知、有效识别.
Intelligent Substation Transformer Fault Diagnosis Method Based on Voiceprint Signal
The technology of intelligent substations is flourishing,and the safe operation of transformers is a necessary prerequisite to ensure the operation of substations.However,due to the harsh working environment of power transformers,the collected data often has problems such as noise and interference,which puts forward strict requirements for the fault diagnosis technology of intelligent substation transformer equipment.In addition,some nonlinear faults in transformers are difficult to detect,and traditional diagnostic methods cannot detect them.In order to solve the problem of transformer fault diagnosis in intelligent substations,a transformer fault diagnosis method based on voiceprint signal is proposed.A broadband background noise suppression method is based on the fusion of wavelet transform and peak extraction.On the basis of fully suppressing broadband background noise,sound signals are extracted,and a transformer fault diagnosis model based on Mel spectrogram is constructed.Finally,intelligent perception and effective recognition of transformer faults in intelligent substations are achieved.
