Research on Application of Aluminum Clad Invar Steel Core Thermal-resistant Aluminum Alloy Conductor
The application of Aluminum Clad Invar Steel Core Thermal-resistant Aluminum Alloy Conductor is growing in Yunnan power Grid,in the process of design review,we find the partial designers are existing problems such as incomprehension of the mechanical characteristics、miscalculation of the sag characteristics、deviation of the estimation of approximate quantities.In this paper,Tension sag calculation model suitable for aluminum clad invar steel core conductor is established by using the oblique parabola formula and the inflection point temperature calculation method,theoretically analyses the sag characteristics,inflection point temperature variation characteristics of aluminum clad invar steel core conductor,analyses the application scenarios of this kind of conductor,and provided suggestions and comments.
