配电网带电作业和停电检修的配合应用研究

摘要
近年来,我国为全面提升电力系统运行质量,持续加大对电网改造的投入,促使电网检修等技术得到了进一步发展.带电作业相关技术的出现,不仅有效提高了检修效率,而且有效保障了配电网供电可靠性.但是停电检修也具有不可替代的优势,将二者有效结合,才能进一步保障配电网检修质量,促进配电网检修工作的科学化发展.
Abstract
In recent years,in order to comprehensively improve the operation quality of power systems,China has continuously increased investment in power grid transformation,promoting the further development of technologies such as power grid maintenance.The emergence of live working related technologies not only effectively improves the maintenance efficiency but also effectively guarantees the reliability of power supply in distribution networks.However,outage maintenance also has irreplaceable advantages.Only by effectively combining the two can we further guarantee the maintenance quality of distribution networks and promote the scientific development of distribution network maintenance work.
