不停电作业组织管理模式研究

摘要
在南方电网公司构建现代供电服务体系背景下,减少停电是提升供电服务满意度的核心途径,不停电作业作为减少停电的有效方式得到快速发展,目前大部分地区不停电作业率已接近90%,部分领先地区已实现100%,不停电作业发展趋于饱和,本文针对在新的发展形势下,研究不停电作业的下一步趋势,如何从数量增长向结构转型阶段发展,进而指导不停电作业发展与组织管理,提升带电专业管理效能.
Abstract
Under the background of China Southern Power Grid Corporation building a modern power supply service system,reducing power outage is the core way to improve the satisfaction of power supply service.As an effective way to reduce power outage,non-power outage operations have developed rapidly.At present,the rate of non-power outage operations in most areas has reached nearly 90%,and some leading areas have achieved 100%,and the development of non-power outage operations tends to saturation.Aiming at the new development situation,this paper studies the next trend of non-power outage operations,how to develop from quantity growth to structural transformation stage,and then guides the development and organization management of non-power outage operations,and improves the efficiency of live professional management.
