摘要
落实云南电网有限责任公司"十四五"供电可靠性"5210"总体规划目标,持续挖掘不停电作业潜能,强化不停电作业对供电可靠性的有力支撑,缓解带电作业需求与人力资源、投资水平之间的矛盾,探索配网不停电作业"1+N"兼职不停电作业人员管理协同模式,进一步提高带电作业效能.
Abstract
Implement the overall planning goal of"5210"of the"14th Five-Year Plan"power supply reliability of Yunnan Power Grid Co.,Ltd.,,continue to explore the potential of non-stop operation,strengthen the strong support for power supply reliability of non-stop operation,alleviate the contradiction between the demand for charged operation and human resources and investment level,and explore the distribution network.The"1+N"part-time non-stop operation staffmanagement collaboration mode of power outage operation further improves the efficiency of charged operation.
