Technical Research on Live Replacement of 500kV Tube Busbar V-type Insulator String
This paper conducts an in-depth exploration of the application of live-line working technology in replacing V-type insulator strings for 500 kV tubular busbars in transmission lines.Addressing the limitations of traditional power outage replacement methods,an innovative live-line replacement approach is proposed.The technical key points,operational steps,and safety measures of this approach are analyzed in detail.Through theoretical analysis and field practice verification,this method exhibits significant advantages in improving work efficiency,ensuring power supply reliability,and reducing safety risks.
