带电安装500kV紧凑型输电线路覆冰在线监测装置专用工具的研究与应用

在电力系统中,输电线路遭受覆冰灾害造成倒杆、断线、供电中断带来巨大损失,预防输电线路覆冰灾害,提前做好监测是目前最佳的方法,现阶段主要是通过安装输电线路覆冰在线监测装置,实时采集现场覆冰数据,分析现场情况,及时采取除冰措施,保证输电线路在冰冻时期安全稳定运行.而安装500 kV紧凑型输电线路覆冰在线监测装置核心点在于将该装置的承力数据传感器更换原线路的U型环金具,一般采用专用丝杆、卡具、绝缘拉板连接提线勾收紧导线,转移绝缘子串荷载后取下U型环金具,再换上覆冰监测装置承力数据传感器.500 kV紧凑型输电线路多使用复合绝缘子,采用"V"型方式连接导线.与常规的垂直绝缘子串不同,在安装承力数据传感器时,采用勾住导线转移荷载的方法,不适用,因绝缘子串为"V"型连接,受力转移导线荷载时因受力不均,造成导线翻转,难以完全转移绝缘子串荷载,不能或难以完成安装工作,且该方法需要作业人员进入电场等电位作业,因紧凑型输电线路杆塔的塔窗尺寸小,进入电场安全组合间隙小,等电位进入电场安全风险高,甚至不具备开展带电安装工作.现需研究一种专用工具,用于带电安装500 kV紧凑型输电线路在线覆冰监测装置是很有必要的.
Research and Application of Special Tools for Installing Online Icing Monitoring Devices for 500 kV Compact Transmission Lines While Live
In power systems,icing disasters on transmission lines can cause pole collapses,wire breakages,and power outages,resulting in huge losses.Preventing icing disasters on transmission lines and conducting early monitoring is currently the best method.At this stage,mainly by installing an online icing monitoring device for transmission lines,real-time on-site icing data is collected,the on-site situation is analyzed,and deicing measures are taken in a timely manner to ensure the safe and stable operation of transmission lines during freezing periods.The core point of installing an online icing monitoring device for 500 kV compact transmission lines is to replace the U-shaped ring fittings of the original line with the load-bearing data sensor of this device.Generally,a special screw rod,fixture,and insulating pull plate are used to connect the lifting hook to tighten the conductor.After transferring the load of the insulator string,the U-shaped ring fitting is removed and then replaced with the load-bearing data sensor of the icing monitoring device.500 kV compact transmission lines mostly use composite insulators and are connected to conductors in a"V"shape.
