配网基建项目的机械化施工探索实践旨在提升施工效率、降低成本和提高工程质量.本文通过分析物料运输、杆塔基础施工、杆塔组立、架线施工以及质量验收和作业过程监控的机械化工具应用,探讨了各工序的技术进步与管理优化.重点节点的管控措施从项目建设前期环节、施工方案编制、施工过程管理、车辆运输与物资管理到竣工验收与质量控制进行了系统梳理,以确保施工的规范性与安全性.通过实践经验的总结,本文为电力行业的机械化施工提供了参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The mechanized construction exploration practice of distribution network infrastructure projects aims to improve construction efficiency,reduce costs and improve project quality.This paper discusses the technical progress and management optimization of each process by analyzing the application of mechanized tools for material transportation,tower foundation construction,tower formation,overhead line construction,quality acceptance and operation process monitoring.The control measures of key nodes have been systematically sorted out from the early stage of project construction,construction plan preparation,construction process management,vehicle transportation and material management to completion acceptance and quality control to ensure the standardization and safety of construction.Through the summary of practical experience,this article provides reference and reference for the mechanized construction of the power industry.
