Optimization of Economic Adjustment Measures for Units of a Power Plant
With the goal of solving the problem of economic decline of a 1000MW unit of a power plant during normal operation, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the reasons for the high coal consumption of the unit, and concludes that the high coal consumption will be caused by the increase of the back pressure of the unit, the decrease of the circulation efficiency due to the rise of the condensate temperature in the condenser hot well, the partial blockage of the air preheater and the increase of boiler exhaust gas heat loss due to air leakage in the dry slag discharge system at the bottom of the furnace, and the large amount of desuperheated water used in the reheater.A series of measures, such as the cleaning of the air preheater and the optimization of the soot blowing system, and the optimization of the steam temperature adjustment method of the reheater, finally improve the economic operation of the unit, and provide a valuable reference for the economic operation of the same type of unit.
