新能源高比重下提升电网频率稳定性能的举措

云南电网系统中发电装机容量新能源占比已达32%左右.从云南省增量能源布局来看,新能源占比很快会逐步增加至35%左右,而新能源随天气变化的波动性和自身不具备的转动惯量,已给电网系统频率的稳定性能带来很大的考验.水电能源大省角度提出针对水轮发电机组的开度补值、提高微分投入率、缩小机组振动区等举措,可为有效提升电网频率稳定性能提供参考.
Measures to Improve the Frequency Stability Performance of the Power Grid Under the High Proportion of New Energy
This paper mainly describes that the proportion of new energy in the installed capacity of the Yunnan power grid system has reached about 32 From the perspective of the incremental energy layout in Yunnan Province,the proportion of new energy will soon gradually increase to around 35%.The volatility of energy due to weather changes and its lack of rotational inertia have already brought significant challenges to the stability of the power grid system's frequency.From the perspective of a hydro energy province,the author proposes measures such as opening compensation for hydro turbine generating units,increasing the differential investment rate,and narrowing the unit vibration zone,can provide references for effectively improving the stability of the power grid frequency.
