柄果海桐化学成分研究(Ⅱ)

The chemical constituents from Pittosporum podocarpum Gagnep(Ⅱ)

在细胞毒试验结果指导下,采用萃取、柱层析、重结晶等方法,对柄果海桐(Pittosporum podocarpum Gagnep)枝叶粗提物的有效部位进行化学成分分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析鉴定出7个单体的结构,分别是咖啡酸乙酯(ethyl caffeate,1),东莨菪素(scopoletin,2),熊果醇(uvaol,3),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1—2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),丁香脂素-4,4’-双-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(syringaresinol-4,4’-di-O-β-D-glucoside,6),蔗糖(sucrose,7).化合物1~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到.细胞毒试验表明化合物1、2、3具有细胞毒活性,对K562细胞的IC50分别为4.0、12.5、13.5μgmL.
The chemical constituents of Pittosporum podocarpum Gagnep were studied.Seven of compounds were isolated from this plant by column chromatogramphies of silica gel.Their structures were identified by spectral data analysis.All these compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant.These are:ethyl caffeate (1) ; scopoletin (2) ; uvaol (3) ; 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4) ; 3,4,5-trime-thoxyphenol-1-O-3-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-3-D-glucopyranoside (5) ; syringaresinol-4,4'-di-O-3-D-glucoside(6) ;sucrose(7).Cytotoxicity screening of extracts and the compounds from Pittosporum podocarpum Gagnep was carded out by K562 cell.Three compounds(1,2,3)possess cytotoxic activities and the IC50 are 4.0,12.5,13.5 μg/mL for K562,respectively.
