壳聚糖微球负载钯在喹啉选择性加氢中的应用

摘要
以壳聚糖和醋酸钯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备了钯纳米粒子负载在壳聚糖微球上的非均相催化剂(CNM/Pd),并将催化剂应用于不同喹啉化合物的氢化,合成了相应的四氢喹啉.在单因素控制变量法下,考察了反应时间、温度、催化剂用量以及溶剂种类对模板反应产率的影响.结果表明:在温度为120℃,喹啉的量为 0.25 mmol、CNM/Pd的量为 3 mg、乙腈为溶剂、反应时间为 6h的条件下,模板反应产率最佳,可达95.2%.通过对催化剂循环使用和底物扩展,证明了CNM/Pd具有良好的重复使用性和底物适应性.
Abstract
Heterogeneous catalysts(CNM/Pd)supported by palladium nanoparticles on chitosan microspheres were prepared by sol-gel method and impregnation method.The catalysts were applied to hydrogenation of different quinolines and corresponding tetrahydroquinolines were synthesized.The effects of reaction time,temperature,amount of catalyst and type of solvent on the yield of template reaction were investigated by single factor control method.The results showed that under the conditions of 120℃,0.25 mmol of quinoline,3 mg of CNM/Pd,acetonitrile as solvent and reaction time for 6 h,the yield of the template reaction was the best,reaching 95.2%.It is proved that CNM/Pd has good reusability and substrate adaptability through catalyst recycling and substrate expansion.
